Aéde Return Policy

We will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange or refund if the below are applicable:

- The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
- Significantly different to what is shown or described on our site,
- You have proof of purchase in the form of an invoice or bank statement
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be sealed, undamaged and in the original packaging.

Please note: Aéde reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. All returns have to be approved prior to returning.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 7 days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is processed. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed. If you’ve completed these steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at care@aede.com.au

Depending on where you live, shipping times for your exchange may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we advise using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and any cannot be liable for items lost in transit.
